Kung Fu simply means hard work to achieve a skill at something. It also means Chinese Martial arts derived from Shaolin origins.
The best way to learn Kung Fu is to find a good school with a qualified teacher (Sifu) and then be a good student by watching, listening, copying and training well.
It is difficult to find good schools and good teachers so our advice to all prospective students is to search many different martial arts schools until you find the one you like before you commit your time and fees to a school that may not deliver what you expect.
